As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you'll lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, end-to-end technical programs. You'll drive alignment across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams-ensuring delivery is optimized for readiness, velocity, and impact.
This role blends technical depth, strategic execution, and leadership to guide teams through ambiguity and the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, systems-level problem solver, and clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$101,200 - $174,100
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

What You'll Do
Program Planning & Delivery
- Own delivery of one or more technical programs from inception to launch-defining scope, timelines, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain the single source of truth for project plans, execution frameworks, and resource alignment.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape features, scope trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Monitor progress, remove blockers, and optimize execution processes for speed and quality.
Quality, Testing & Risk Management
- Coordinate end-to-end testing, bug triage, and QA processes.
- Oversee risk identification and mitigation planning, ensuring readiness for launch at every stage.
- Partner with DevOps and QA to drive best practices across environments, release pipelines, and monitoring.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related updates and decisions.
- Facilitate alignment between engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making and communication, ensuring visibility into goals, progress, and risks.
Technical Leadership
- Guide technical teams through key architectural and scalability decisions.
- Influence long-term technical and platform strategy in partnership with engineering leads.
- Help resolve technical blockers, assess trade-offs, and champion scalable, maintainable solutions.
Process & Execution Excellence
- Establish and refine program governance, tools, and reporting to increase visibility and accountability.
- Leverage agile methodologies, automation, and tooling to improve team velocity and delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or optimize cross-team workflows.
- 7+ years of experience working closely with engineering teams on software development programs.
- 5+ years in a technical program or product management role leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of owning technical roadmaps and system architecture trade-offs.
- Strong command of agile delivery practices, release planning, and backlog management.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels in a fast-moving environment.
- Deep understanding of reliability, scalability, and modern software engineering principles.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.
