ERM is seeking a full-time Managing Consultant, Safety to join our team in Dallas, TX and the Gulf region. Lead and grow our Safety service area, leveraging significant consulting experience and private-sector client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand ERM's Safety client base.
- Win new safety services annually and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage safety auditing, compliance, and management projects for industrial clients.
- Lead and mentor the technical team for overall success.
- Support cross-selling of ERM's consulting services.
- Coordinate with ERM offices globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/MS in related area.
- 6+ years of relevant consulting/industry experience in safety services.
- Proven track record in business growth strategies in Safety.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
GREAT TO HAVE:
- Certification in field (CSP, or similar) highly desirable.
