Our Senior Consultant role is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity ideally suited to a candidate with technical expertise in Microsoft 365 environments. This role focuses on Entra ID, Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview. What You'll Do:
- Implement Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients, working independently and collaboratively on project-based engagements.
- Participate in the full project delivery lifecycle from project kickoff to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
- Create project documentation such as diagrams and configuration "as-built" documents.
- Participate in architectural design discussions and scoping-related activities.
- Assist pre-sales Solution Architects by reviewing Statement of Work and Work Breakdown documentation to ensure that estimates and expectations align with technical tasks.
- Attend company-wide meetings, team meetings, and one-on-one touchpoints with management.
- Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and status reporting.
What You Need to Succeed:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft 365 implementation/administration role (preferably in a customer-facing or consulting role)
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft 365.
- 2 or more Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 administration, security, and/or architecture. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Specific implementation experience in Entra ID, Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience troubleshooting in large, enterprise environments with exposure to formal change control processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills (you will be working with multiple different clients and projects at the same time).
- Professional demeanor, good communication, eagerness to provide positive business outcomes, and excellent customer service.
- The ability to pass a background check and attain Government of Canada Security Clearance.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience managing, administering, and implementing services in large enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
- Implementation experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Viva.
- Additional certifications related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Partner of Record programs.
