The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into project plans, specifications, and documentation to craft accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather essential information.
- Conduct site visits to understand project conditions and gather valuable data.
- Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to keep budgets on track.
- Assist in preparing compelling project proposals and bid submissions.
- Maintain meticulous records of estimates and project costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
