Job Description: We are on the lookout for a meticulous and passionate Estimator to join our vibrant team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects by preparing precise and comprehensive cost estimates. Your expertise will ensure that our healthcare and educational projects are not only feasible but also exceptional. Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into project plans, specifications, and documentation to craft accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather essential information.
• Conduct site visits to understand project conditions and gather valuable data.
• Review and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to keep budgets on track.
• Assist in preparing compelling project proposals and bid submissions.
• Maintain meticulous records of estimates and project costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
