Job Overview
The Director of AI Strategy, Governance, and Tools at T-Mobile is tasked with spearheading the development and execution of artificial intelligence strategies that are in harmony with the company's overarching objectives. This executive role is responsible for the stewardship of governance frameworks, ensuring that AI practices adhere to ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations. They manage an extensive portfolio of internal AI tools and resources, enhancing operational efficiencies and propelling innovation throughout the organization. In collaboration with various departments, they guarantee the seamless integration of AI solutions that bolster business goals. Base Pay Range: $207,100 - $280,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 25%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.

Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree Computer Science or Data Science (Preferred)
- 10+ years Leading the development and implementation of AI strategies in alignment with corporate objectives Required
- 7-10 years Managing governance frameworks to ensure AI practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance Preferred
- 7-10 years Overseeing a portfolio of AI tools and resources to enhance operational efficiencies and drive innovation Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
