We're looking for our next Senior Manager, Credit Systems. Could it be you?

The Senior Manager will carry end to end responsibilities for integrating, designing and managing credit risk systems with a forward looking perspective on future enhancements including new product, functionality, and feature development

The Senior Manager, Credit Systems will work with the technology group to define the architecture of credit systems including data flow for decisioning and analytical purposes. This individual will be instrumental in building these systems with a forward-thinking approach, ensuring seamless integration of future product and feature enhancements. A key responsibility will be establishing and diligently monitoring appropriate real-time reporting mechanisms to proactively identify potential issues and implement effective mitigation strategies.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Defining scope of various credit systems for lending products.
  • Designing the credit systems for full life cycle of customers e.g., adjudication, transaction processing, account management, Collections.
  • Designing integration of credit systems with core banking platforms.
  • Working with vendors to define the optimal solutions.
  • Developing inhouse subject matter expertise of third party systems with the objective of managing internally with minimal engagement from them.
  • Establishing appropriate real time reporting to ensure correct execution and catching issues.
  • Conducting appropriate analytics in run state to update and debug issues.
  • Implementing, maintaining, updating credit models and credit strategy.
  • Establishing appropriate access controls for the credit systems.
  • Establishing appropriate approval protocols for change management.
  • Establishing an appropriate release cycle for change management within the credit systems.
  • Establishing an appropriate end user testing process for change management.
  • Proactively identifying enhancement opportunities and cutting costs.

  • Hold a degree in computer science or software engineering with a business degree
  • Have 7+ years of experience in managing credit systems.
  • Have experience with Tsys or HPS
  • Have experience with an established adjudication and transaction modeling system
  • Have experience with Fraud related systems
  • Are proactive, agile with a start-up mindset to move quickly
  • Have hands on experience of integrating or migrating credit systems
  • Have hands on experience of managing credit systems
  • Are team oriented with ability to persuade
  • Are able to analyze and debug system issues
  • Are able to identify process re-engineering opportunities
