The E-Commerce Creative Director has broad oversight over creative design concepts, projects, and workflows. Youll direct multiple projects to completion, providing the resources and even-keeled management your team needs to consistently deliver strong work. Youll be a process improvement specialist, constantly vigilant for efficiency boosts or opportunities to drive beneficial collaboration between User Experience and Technology specialists on your team. As the E-Commerce Creative Director youll also function as the creative point person for the client, ensuring a healthy relationship with frequent updates.

Responsibilities:

The E-Commerce Creative Director will develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions in service to the clients brand

Foster a culture of innovation in all phases of creative work, from concept through production

Full supervision of creative team, including documentation and responsibility for schedules and budgets

Requirements/Qualifications:

The E-Commerce Creative Director will have proven track record of creative leadership with extensive experience in marketing, advertising, and/or interactive design

Thorough grounding in user experience design, brand development, and digital marketing (online advertising experience a definite plus)

Interest in and knowledge of new platforms and digital technologies (e.g., Ajax, HTML5, Flash)

Strong ability to provide clear creative direction with timely, supportive feedback

Excellent verbal, written, presentational, and interpersonal communication skills
