Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Storage and Memory products within an assigned territory. Your primary role will be to develop strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, procurement teams, and executives at your accounts. In this role, you will lead strategic planning efforts for customer engagement, working closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop new opportunities, penetrate existing accounts, and consistently grow business in your territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop a minimum of 5 new accounts with revenue potential exceeding $500K annually.
  • Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase share of Serviceable Available Market (SAM).
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities, transforming raw leads into multimillion-dollar accounts.
  • Travel as needed to establish, develop, and manage customer relationships.
  • Generate new business through networking, leveraging marketing resources, collaborating with Manufacturers Representatives and Distributors, and following up on leads.
  • Understand customers technical product requirements and coordinate with internal support teams to drive successful engagements and account growth.
  • Collaborate with local representatives and distribution partners to identify opportunities, manage the design-win process, and oversee successful project fulfillment.
  • Foster deeper relationships within accounts and build connections to external partners, such as Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), to drive business expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews at customer sites and regularly report on account performance.
  • Maintain open communication with executive, sales, marketing, and engineering leadership to address account progress and any issues requiring support.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive New Account Development Plan, updating it weekly with the Senior Director of Sales and/or VP of Worldwide Sales.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or storage industry is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills are critical to success.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering results.

Salary range: $100k $180k depending on experience
