• Job Summary
• Responsible for overall monitoring and analysis of the organizations revenue, including identifying and addressing potential revenue leakage, monitoring charge capture, coding accuracy, payer contract compliance and denials.
• Responsible for the availability and interpretation of reporting and analytics necessary for the clinical and financial departments to drive financial improvement.
• Education
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience
• Eight years accounting or financial experience required
• Five years healthcare experience required
• Revenue Integrity and Decision Supportexperience preferred
• Three years management experience required
• Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office, namely MS Excel & SQL required
• Epic experience preferred
• Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
