The roleyoullcontribute:

The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.

The valueyoullbring to the team:

• Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates
• Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
• Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
• Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions

Theexpertiseandexperiencesyoullneed to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required
• Three years of technical experience required
• Two years of leadership/management experience required

Pay Range:

$34.99 - $65.09 per hour
