Provide comprehensive support for the SAP SD Advanced ATP module, ensuring smooth operation and optimization of order fulfillment processes.
- Expert-Level End-User Support: Deliver expert-level assistance to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain system efficiency.
- Advanced ATP Configuration: Handle Advanced ATP-related configurations, including product allocation, backorder processing, and availability checks to meet business requirements.

- Multi-Level ATP:
- Business Requirements Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementing enhancements and improvements in the Advanced ATP module.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and logistics, to optimize order fulfillment processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Integration with Other Modules: Collaborate with other SAP modules, to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
- System Testing and User Acceptance Testing: Conduct thorough system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure new configurations and enhancements meet business needs and are ready for deployment.
- ServiceNow Ticket Resolution: Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to SAP SD Advanced ATP, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.
