As an Agile Developer, you'll play a hands-on role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, helping to build and refine scalable, secure applications through iterative development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams-including testers, DevOps, and systems engineers-to deliver features, automation, and user-focused functionality that meets the demands of modern, secure platforms.

Here's what your day-to-day might include:

In this role, you'll take part in the full development lifecycle, bringing ideas from concept to code and deployment-all within a high-tempo agile environment.

Your day may include:

• Developing and enhancing applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, and Ansible

• Participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups

• Writing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, and Cypress

• Conducting API testing using Swagger or similar tools, and performance testing with JMeter

• Contributing to 508 compliance testing using accessibility tools such as JAWS or NVDA

• Building and deploying applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes

• Supporting and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable delivery

• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues across the software stack

• Supporting the team's goal of continuous improvement and delivering secure, scalable code

Qualifications:

• Clearance:TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Citizenship:Must be a U.S. Citizen

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline plus 6 years of relevant experience

• OR Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience

• OR Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience

• OR High school diploma/GED plus 10 years of relevant experience

• In-depth technical experience and/or certifications may be considered in place of a degree

• Relevant certifications may count as 1 year of experience each

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and Ansible

• Experience with automation and test tools including:

• Cucumber/Gherkin, Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, and Swagger

• Understanding of 508 accessibility testing with JAWS or NVDA

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and team collaboration tools

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Compensation Range: $147,000.00 - $194,000.00

The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate's background and suitability for the role.
