The AWS Global Sales Operations (GSO) team is seeking a dynamic GenAI Productivity Program Manager to join our Business Optimization and Sales Support (BOSS) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to pioneer the future of sales operations through innovative AI solutions.

As a GenAI Productivity Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of implementing AWS GenAI tools to optimize sales operations processes, accelerate productivity improvements, and revolutionize how teams work and collaborate. A critical aspect of this role will be developing and executing comprehensive enablement strategies, including training programs, documentation, and best practices, to ensure successful adoption of GenAI tools throughout the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation, develop innovative solutions that scale.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion and curiosity for emerging technology, and can navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable results. You should excel at building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and have a proven track record of implementing transformational programs.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with sales and operations leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI-driven process optimization
Lead the implementation of AWS GenAI solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable productivity tools
\tDesign and execute comprehensive enablement strategies, including training programs, adoption frameworks, and change management initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation through showcase events, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions
Establish governance models and guidelines for responsible AI use within sales operations

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly large language models and GenAI applications

- Strong understanding of sales operations processes and proven ability to identify automation opportunities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- AWS certifications, particularly in AI/ML services

- Background in sales productivity optimization

- Proven success in leading organizational transformation initiatives

- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
