This is a unique opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to build something from the ground up-bringing clinical excellence, operational insight, and entrepreneurial energy to a new infusion clinic in Phoenix, AZ
This is a fully onsite, full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up-like environment within a well-resourced, stable company. While this position begins as a solo practitioner/manager, it's designed to evolve into a leadership role as patient volume and staffing grow.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
In this role, you will...
Deliver direct patient care, administering prescribed infusion therapies in a clinic setting
Serve as the on-the-ground clinical and operational lead for the startup phase of a new ambulatory infusion center
Develop workflows, care protocols, and documentation standards in collaboration with leadership
Build strong relationships with prescribers, patients, and internal stakeholders to drive clinic growth
Provide advanced assessments, formulate treatment plans, and manage patient outcomes
Oversee scheduling and resource planning for a growing patient base
Serve as the liaison between the clinic and executive leadership, contributing insights on strategy and expansion
Participate in billing, quality, and compliance processes to ensure a strong foundation for scale
Eventually lead a clinical team, with responsibility for staff recruitment, training, and management as the clinic grows

Required Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing in Arizona; additional state licensure a plus
Current DEA and controlled substance certification
At least one year of infusion or complex chronic care experience
Current CPR certification
Proven ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment
Strong IV therapy skills, including peripheral, PICC, and port access
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years in infusion therapy or outpatient care
Experience starting or growing a healthcare service line
Leadership potential and interest in growing into a people management role
Familiarity with payer requirements, compliance standards, and quality programs in outpatient settings
