Make an impact

As Executive Assistant/Office Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operating, marketing and administrative requirements for our Logistics Properties platform in LA covering the Western Region.

Expectations of the role:

  • Anticipating needs for travel and meeting preparation and carrying out those arrangements


  • Maintaining and organizing systems for key documents


  • Process expense reimbursements


  • Coordinating catering and reservations as needed


  • Event management including managing guest list, making location arrangements, and all other details as they relate to offsite meetings, conferences and/or events


  • Marketing


  • Liaise with technical support for all electronic needs


  • Preparing mailings and courier deliveries, managing communications


  • Organize meeting materials and notes before and after key meetings


  • Consolidate asset performance reports in conjunction with portfolio management process


What you should bring

  • 5+ years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or other relevant experience.


  • Experience working within a Real Estate function highly desired.


  • Team oriented with strong communication skills


  • Highly organized and detail oriented


  • Ability to handle multiple requests and competing priorities


  • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism


  • Able to uphold the company's values and demonstrate leadership qualities


Compensation Details

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Newport Beach California is $115,000 - $130,000 per year. A hired applicant will also be eligible for an annual performance based discretionary bonus. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc. Bridge Investment Group is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Vacation Time: Employee will accrue 3.38 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Sick Time: You will accrue 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked with a cap of 48 hours.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
