Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 - Hybrid Role

Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension

Day To Day:

• Will be a part of an agile scrum team
• Jira experience is helpful
• Product team works with a lot of groups. Pulling a lot of different people together
• Need to be aggressive. Cannot wait for work.

Top Skills needed:

• Strong Business analyst that can write stories
• Ability to plan and prioritize
• Someone who can coordinate a lot of the work
• HR background would be great - a lot of hoops and red tape and someone who isn't familiar with that could get frustrated.
• Large enterprise experience is a must.
• The product owner for the team is really technically strong as an analyst, not great at prioritizing the PO planning part so needs someone who can drive
• Lead analyst are owning features, and having to do the driving
