Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve corporate growth objectives in the designated territory by leveraging a comprehensive drug discovery service and product portfolio.
- Possess and apply a global understanding of the drug discovery and development process, offering a wide array of services including synthetic chemistry, scale-up, and computational design.
- Understand and navigate the academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical markets to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Operate independently and collaboratively, providing leadership and mentorship within the commercial team.
- Oversee territory management, including sales forecasting and strategy implementation.
- Support and drive sales efforts for all drug discovery services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within drug discovery, or hands-on experience with a desire to transition into a sales role.
- Strong expertise in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, along with pharmaceutical development.
