Location: Wichita, KS
Salary: 77,000-115,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Cardiovascular departments. This is a full-time, day-shift position with no weekends required.

As the Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments, including Cath Labs, Electrophysiology Labs, and Echo-Cardiogram Services.
• Provide administrative oversight, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Step in as needed for clinical cases, team building, and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with department leads to maintain a growing, high-performing team.

Qualifications:

• Current Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or Kansas RN Licensure (or Multi-State RN License).
• Education: Bachelor's degree required. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of leadership experience and strong Cath Lab RN or RT experience.

• Cath Lab Procedures: 180-210+ monthly across campuses.
• Echo Procedures: 600-700 monthly.
• Electrophysiology Cases: 50-60 monthly.
