Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

The Opportunity

- Real-time insights from massive data streams (social, search, behavioral)
- Leading the development of AI/GenAI-powered tools for product creation
- Deep collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and senior leadership
- Strategic product development at enterprise scale-where your work drives impact felt around the world
- You'll be joining a nimble, high-performing team that ships fast, learns constantly, and isn't afraid to break new ground.
You'll make an impact by
- Defining product strategy and roadmaps for high-impact, AI-driven initiatives
- Translating emerging AI/GenAI capabilities into tangible, valuable experiences
- Collaborating across disciplines to bring ideas from concept to scale
- Crafting a compelling vision for the future of product innovation
- Balancing bold experimentation with thoughtful execution-think big, move fast, and sweat the details
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications....
- 7+ years relevant Product Management experience
- Proven experience building AI or GenAI-powered products at scale
- Sharp product intuition, especially in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications....
- Background in trend forecasting, consumer product innovation, or fast-moving industries
- Experience in strategy consulting or corporate development
- Passion for where culture meets commerce
