- Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

- Salary: $82,453-103,066 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions managing project execution and supporting front-end user-facing solutions for reporting and analytics while collaborating with team members and stakeholders, conducting data analysis, and maintaining existing solutions as a Business Intelligence Developer
- Translate business requirements and data findings into technical specifications for effective BI solutions
- Select and implement appropriate BI tools and technologies based on project requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Perform complex data analysis using Snowflake to identify trends and create sophisticated data models that drive insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards
- Implement data governance and quality assurance practices within Snowflake to ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance
- Ability to travel up to 10%

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 4 plus years of specific experience
- Power BI experience, including Snowflake, SQL, data set creation, and DAX, along with a strong understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing concepts and tools like Azure, and knowledge of ETL and reporting tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree
- 2 plus years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis
- Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, including Agile, and familiarity with SAP FICO, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), and integration best practices
