Candidate Requirements:
Degree Bachelor Degree, nice to have business management, computer science degree
Years of experience at least 10 years of experience
Soft management person, minimal direction/oversight, someone that already knows what they are doing and does not require a lot of training
Standard business requirements documentation (Jira, ADO Microsoft application suite)
Manage backlogs
Test environment, suits and workflow
Excellent communication skills
Provides a competitive edge
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
Backlog documents, different software's that were used for capturing requirements
At least 10 years' experience
Problem solving ability, demonstrating ability to lead
