EEI is hiring a Senior Commissioning Project Manager to lead dynamic, high impact building projects across the Southwest. This role blends technical excellence in MEP commissioning with strong project management, team leadership, and client relationship skills. Ideal candidates bring both Cx experience and trusted client relationships to add to our team in Arizona.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls commissioning projects (new + existing buildings).
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing contracts, scope, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee functional performance testing, issue resolution, and project closeout.
- Develop and present proposals; identify growth opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff while managing project teams and resources.
What you Bring
- 10+ years' experience in commissioning or MEP project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
- Proven experience managing project teams and client accounts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
- Industry certifications such as PE, CxA, CCP or other similar credentials are a plus.
