The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into test scenarios, execute test cases, identify and log defects, and coordinate retesting. A solid background in software development lifecycles, integrations, and quality assurance best practices is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into test scenarios, execute test cases, identify and log defects, and coordinate retesting. A solid background in software development lifecycles, integrations, and quality assurance best practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive test case scenarios and maintain traceability between requirements and tests.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and scenarios across various functional areas.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to perform end-to-end testing.
- Log defects with detailed impact assessments and participate in triage meetings to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors to support implementation, issue resolution, and testing.
- Work closely with the QA Manager and implementation leads to identify testing risks and mitigate them proactively.
- Assist in the development of test plans to ensure complete coverage and on-time execution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and user acceptance testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience working with software integrations and system implementations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Visio, and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in local, state, or federal government environments.
- Familiarity with State-Based Marketplaces (SBMs) is a plus.
