Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets, timelines, scopes, and deliverables.
- Oversee all phases of the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established project management methodologies.
- Manage project resources, including staffing, coaching, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements.
- Lead development teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
- Define comprehensive test plans and ensure product quality prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate UAT and coordinate rollout strategies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver cost-benefit analyses to support business cases and investment decisions.
- Ensure appropriate use of systems development and project management frameworks.
- Present progress updates, risks, and results to project sponsors or steering committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in product or project management roles.
- Proven experience leading product teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong background in risk assessment and technology solution delivery in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or PMI certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other related advanced degree.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Local candidates preferred; open to nationwide applicants willing to relocate for a hybrid contract.
