The Basics:
The Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager is responsible for launching campaigns that build brand awareness and generate demand for Tanium. This individual will plan and execute on campaigns in meaningful, innovative ways while delivering against aggressive growth targets for pipeline and revenue.
The Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager will partner closely with marketing leadership and product marketing, as well as digital, field and partner marketing teams, to conceptualize and plan integrated programs, align cross-functional teams, and execute industry leading campaigns. He/she will develop strategic integrated full funnel campaigns across a variety of channels including third party sponsorships, paid advertisements, webinars, nurtures, direct mail, and outbound sales campaigns.
This position reports to the Sr Director, Digital Marketing.
This is a hybrid position, which will require in person attendance several days each week in one of the following locations: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

What you'll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $265,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.

What you'll do:
- Drive the strategy and execution of multi-channel global and regional Demand Gen campaigns
- Works with cross-functional teams, including the product marketing, content team, digital team, field and partner marketing teams, to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution
- Define and develop an integrated marketing plan, including areas of investment, project timelines, and marketing mix recommendations
- Oversee distribution of campaign messaging maps/guidelines, style guides, and other campaign assets
- Build strong relationships with relevant external agencies and internal team members to plan and manage the delivery of centralized creative campaign assets, including advertising collateral, emails, e-books, emails, webinars, blogs, social, videos, and case studies
- Collaborate with sales development representatives (SDRs) to maximize the yield of all campaigns with sales qualified leads and pipeline as the primary KPI
- Collaborate with marketing operations on campaign tracking, technology optimizations, and campaign reporting
- Manage a cadence of reporting, monitoring and analyzing program performance and regularly reporting to leadership on its impact
We're looking for someone with:
Education
- BA or BS preferably in communications, marketing, or related field
Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years of Demand Gen experience in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute large-scale campaigns from concept to completion that build brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and deliver business results
- Advanced knowledge of (and comfortable reporting to leadership on) revenue generation/marketing metrics including the Sales/Marketing funnel and ROI
- Exceptional writing and editing skills and able to personally write engaging content as needed
- Analytical and data-driven; uses data to gather insights to inform decisions
- Confident, creative and dynamic individual with excellent verbal communication skills, as well as strong prioritization, organization and project management skills with a roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude
