Must Have Technical/FunctionalSkills

• Kubernetes (K8s) Administration
• RedHat OpenShift
• LinuxSystem Administration (RHEL)
• Containerization(Docker, Podman)
• CI/CDPipeline Integration (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Stronghands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift cluster setup, management,and troubleshooting
• Experiencein managing containerized applications, scaling, and high availability
• Knowledgeof Helm charts, Operators, and OpenShift templates
• Abilityto manage persistent storage, networking, and RBAC in K8s/OpenShift
• Experiencewith monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and logging tools (ELK, Loki,Fluentd)
• Familiaritywith Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Understandingof DevOps practices and automation tools

Roles& Responsibilities

• Administerand support OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters in production and non-prodenvironments
• Workwith application teams to onboard workloads and troubleshoot deployment issues
• Ensureproper security, compliance, and performance tuning for the platform
• Performupgrades, patching, and capacity planning of clusters
• Integratewith CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps practices
• Maintaindetailed documentation and adhere to change management procedures
• Provideon-site support and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $62,500-$168,800 a year
