Job Summary:
The Director of Premium Seating will lead the sales of the Club and Suites in Oriole Park at Camden Yards. This new role will be integral in developing and executing a sales strategy that maximizes revenue for the premium clubs and suites. The Director will lead the Premium Seating sales team, and revenue-manage the suite inventory to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in premium seating and a proven track record of success in leading sales teams.

The anticipated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 annually with a bonus target depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive premium seating sales plan to launch new club spaces and maximize revenue from suite and premium seating products.
- Train and develop the Premium Seating team, ensuring the creation of a high-performing and motivated group.
- Track and report on daily revenue, campaign performance, and provide regular updates on the performance of the Premium Seating team.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify sales trends, develop targeted campaigns, and create new lead sources for the Premium Seating team.
- Foster a positive, dynamic team culture that promotes collaboration, productivity, and high achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Baltimore community, fostering new business opportunities and generating long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium seating clients, ensuring retention and long-term renewal.
- Research and implement "best practices" by networking with other professional sports teams that have recently launched premium spaces.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to identify new revenue opportunities and align premium seating goals with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ticket Operations, and Ballpark Operations to ensure that the customer experience matches what is being considered by the premium sales clients.
- Monitor and track financial performance, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue potential.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience with 5 years of successful sales management experience, ideally in premium seating sales or related fields in the sports industry.
- Experience managing premium seating inventory and driving sales strategies in sports.
- Experience selling premium seating inventory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize efficiently.
- High emotional intelligence, leadership ability, and a passion for teamwork and growth.
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
