Working Hours: 40 hours per pay period
Summary:
Responsibility and accountability for leadership and management of business functions for Perioperative Services. Has a department size of 38 operating rooms and 5 IVR suits. Includes budgeting, revenue generation, supply expense management by Physician, vendor relations, FDA compliance, Regulatory compliance contract monitoring and non-salary cost management on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. Functions as supervisor for personnel in data processing, scheduling, and the vein center.
Other information:
Bachelor's degree in business, nursing or a healthcare related area is required (An appropriate master's degree can considered in place of a bachelor's degree). A master's degree in business or a healthcare related area preferred. Two years management experience including budgeting, purchasing, and financial management preferred. Experience with data collection and analysis required. O.R. experience preferred.
This job will be authorized 40.00 hours bi-weekly.
