Salary is between $130,000-$145,000
The ERP Transformation & Process Optimization Manager will play a key role in driving the successful execution of the ERP implementation by supporting project management, process evaluation, development, and integration. This position will lead efforts to assess existing workflows, design and develop optimized processes, and ensure seamless adoption of the new ERP system across the organization.
This role will support the project management of the ERP implementation, ensuring milestones, resources, and risks are effectively managed while aligning stakeholders across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise transformation, process improvement, change management, and communication-ensuring the ERP system delivers long-term operational value.

- Process Evaluation, Development & Optimization: Assess and analyze current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for optimization before, during and after ERP Implementation. Lead the design, development, and standardization of new workflows to align with ERP capabilities and industry best practices. Work with department leaders to ensure process improvements are scalable, measurable, and enhance operational efficiency. Establish key performance benchmarks and metrics to evaluate process effectiveness before and after ERP deployment.
- Project Leadership & Strategy: Support the ERP transformation project, developing a comprehensive strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, defining clear goals, and setting measurable milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between IT, business units, and third-party vendors.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a liaison between HR, Finance, IT, other business units, and executive leadership to align ERP goals with enterprise strategy. Develop structured communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the project.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to support adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure end-user readiness, including training, communication, and support initiatives.
- Risk, Issue, & Quality Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with process changes, technology adoption, and operational disruptions. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to anticipate challenges and prepare proactive solutions. Oversee testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the ERP system meets business and quality standards.
- Data Evaluation, Migration & Integration: Support data evaluation efforts, ensuring high-quality data is prepared for migration into the new ERP system. Oversee data migration, cleansing, validation, and integration, ensuring accuracy and system compatibility. Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT teams to ensure data governance, security, and compliance throughout the ERP design, implementation and transition.
- Resource & Vendor Management: Oversee resource allocation and manage relationships with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners to align efforts and achieve project milestones.
- Continuous Improvement & Post-Implementation Support: Facilitate the transition to the new ERP environment by providing support and identifying post-implementation improvement opportunities, including additional enhancements and system optimizations.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in ERP transformation, business process evaluation, or process development. 2-3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and experience leading enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Analytical: Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. Skilled in evaluating qualitative and quantitative information to solve problems, optimize workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Experienced in conducting root-cause analysis to resolve issues and assess risks and opportunities for organizational success.
- Change Management and Communication: Experienced in supporting change initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering engagement to support successful transitions Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Skilled in facilitating collaboration, building consensus, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Other Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical process improvement and communication; ability to manage competing priorities and drive organizational alignment.
- Technical: Proficiency with project management tools required (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). Finance, HR, or ERP System experience strongly preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, change management or relevant ERP certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in corporate communications related to enterprise-wide change initiatives. Expertise in business process analysis and redesign.
