Job Summary: The Manager, IT Business Systems will oversee and manage systems and solutions, serving as a vital link between IT and business partners to realize objectives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in people management, EPR systems and system integration solutions. They will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of the software product's features. This role will work closely with other business partners to evaluate the improvements that are being requested and provide guidance to the team on what solutions could be available with current capabilities while thinking about potential future needs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment and ensure activities align with organization goals and objectives.
- Identify, coach, and develop talent within the team, provide opportunities for learning, growth and clearly communicate job and performance expectations.
- Overseeing the planning, support, upgrades and maintenance of the ERP system and other business solutions.
- Manage relationships with our ERP vendor and other service providers, working to optimize and enhance systems.
- Build relationships with key leaders across the organization to expand understanding of various business functions challenges and opportunities to develop new or modify technology capabilities.
- Engage with colleagues to obtain additional information during ideation and evaluate alternatives.
- Review Business policies and ensure compliance too policies remain intact during implementation process
- Support writing and testing system validation requirements and developing standard auditing of implementation to support policy compliance
- Drive prioritization, resolution of system issues, enhancement requests and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare high level proposal with support from the business owner, for large scale projects that require additional resources.
- Set and manage expectations with business stakeholders, leading medium to high complexity initiatives, developing a timeline, scope, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks.
- Facilitate, develop, coordinate and implement plants to test business and functional processes during system development, user acceptance and quality assurance testing.
- Work across business teams and functions to define and develop reporting and dashboards to support business analytics and decision making
- Monitor and document post implementation problems, revisions and facilitate lessons learned.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining, enhancing and modernizing IT systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people, including performance assessment and career development
- Proven experience with ERP systems and management
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing and SaaS
- Demonstrated experience in team building and collaboration with staff, peers, business leaders and 3rd parties.
- Excellent communication skills including both presentation and written skills.
- Critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with business customers documenting business / system requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using IQMS.
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools.
ADA Requirements:
- Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 40 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
- Travel by air or car frequently
