As we expand our national presence, we are seeking a dynamic National Sales Director to drive our strategic growth. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in relationship-building, consultative selling, and closing large-scale fleet maintenance agreements.

Role Overview

The National Sales Director will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing national customer accounts. This individual will work closely with key decision-makers in fleet operations, logistics, and transportation to deliver solutions that enhance fleet uptime and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage national fleet customers, securing long-term partnerships and service agreements.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across national accounts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the transportation, logistics, and fleet maintenance sectors.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage deep industry knowledge to consult clients on their fleet maintenance challenges and position Epika as their go-to partner.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to expand Epika's footprint and service offerings.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their fleet maintenance needs and tailor solutions that maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service agreements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiate pricing, service terms, and partnership agreements with national fleet accounts.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and goal tracking.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Epika at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase visibility and market presence.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep Epika ahead of the market.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement in national sales efforts.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in sales leadership, preferably in fleet maintenance, transportation, or logistics.
  • Industry Network: Established relationships in the fleet services, trucking, or transportation sector.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and account management expertise.
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Adaptability: Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
