We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Specialist for our Corporate Treasury team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in capital markets and liquidity management, helping to optimize the company's financial strategy, cash flow, and risk management. This individual will be responsible for driving analysis and execution related to capital markets transactions, capital strategy, and liquidity forecasting.

Salary Range = 155000 - 205000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

What's the role?

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Specialist for our Corporate Treasury team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in capital markets and liquidity management, helping to optimize the company's financial strategy, cash flow, and risk management. This individual will be responsible for driving analysis and execution related to capital markets transactions, capital strategy, and liquidity forecasting.
We'll trust you to:
- Lead and manage capital market transactions, including debt issuance, refinancing, capital structure optimization, and risk management
- Assess and advise on market conditions, trends, and opportunities in debt capital markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, credit rating agencies, and other market participants
- Develop and maintain detailed sensitivity modeling across various capital structure and market environment scenarios
- Implement hedging strategies to protect against market volatility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, accounting, legal) to support risk management objectives
- Support M&A activities, corporate restructuring, and other strategic initiatives from a treasury perspective
You'll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, capital markets, or related roles
- A BA/BS in Finance or related field
- Deep knowledge in managing debt issuance, capital structure strategies, and liquidity management
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), financial modeling, and market analysis
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risk management technique
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex capital markets concepts with leaders less familiar with the subject matter
- The ability to build solid relationships with senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Experience carrying out complex work with autonomy and making decisions within scope of responsibilities
We'd love to see:
- Certified Treasury Professional License (CTP)
- Certified Public Accountant License (CPA)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams
- Familiarity with the Bloomberg terminal is useful, but not required
