Position: Registered Nurse RN Open Heart (CVOR RN)
Shift Details: Days (7a-7p)
On Call: It's a call once a week and one weekend a month. However, there could be changes depending on the need of the department. On call as needed.
Position Summary:
Qualifications:
1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
BSN is preferred
BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
CNOR preferred

- Proficient in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and accurately analyzing assessment data to inform and guide clinical decision-making and care planning for cardiovascular patients requiring critical care
- Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment Required!
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required

Compensation:
- Pay Rate: UP to $46.26/hr. (Based on years of exp.)
- On call pay: $4
- Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr. Nights, $1.50/hr. Weekends, and $1.50/hr. for having a National Certification
