Regional Nurse Consultant RNC

The Regional Nurse Consultant directs the operations, programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and state standards.

Regional Nurse Consultant Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:

• Must be a registered nurse with an active state license in the state of MO.
• Must have at least three years of experience in skilled (SNF) nursing care.
• Must have experience in high level, managing/ leadership role.

Regional Nurse Consultant Specific Job Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

• Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.

• Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation.
