ELITS is seeking a highly skilled AI Strategy Lead to lead a transformative initiative to assess its current capabilities and develop a comprehensive AI strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in AI, data governance, and organizational transformation.
As the AI Strategy Lead, you will conduct an in-depth assessment of business's current capabilities, propose a future-focused AI strategy, and deliver actionable recommendations to ensure successful adoption of AI technologies while adhering to privacy, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate organizations maturity against best practices in AI and data governance.
Assess:
Deliver a detailed written report summarizing findings from the assessment, including actionable steps for implementation.
AI Strategy Development:
Collaborate with business leadership to define an AI vision that aligns with organizational goals and identifies key use cases.
Propose recommendations for:
Provide high-level cost estimates for implementing the proposed strategy, focusing on additional resources or items required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with business employees (especially customer-facing staff) to gather insights on potential use cases through inclusive and creative feedback mechanisms.
Ensure all recommendations align with privacy regulations, ethical considerations, and risk mitigation strategies specific to organizational operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing AI strategies for organizations or large enterprises.
Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance (including privacy laws), and ethical considerations in AI adoption.
Expertise in assessing organizational capabilities related to technology, analytics, and operational processes.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Experience in creating cost estimates and risk mitigation strategies for large-scale technology initiatives.
