Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site activities to ensure progress, quality, and safety standards are met
- Enforce and participate in jobsite safety programs and inspections
- Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership groups
- Review and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals for field accuracy
- Lead contractor coordination meetings to ensure schedule alignment
- Maintain thorough jobsite documentation, including daily reports and field photos
- Manage procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation
- Ensure punch list completion, testing, and final project turnover are done efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience working on DSA schools, public/private sector renovations, and ground-up builds
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, change order management, scheduling, and construction documentation
- Ability to lead independently with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
