Analyst - Facilities Enterprise Systems (Space Management System)

As a Facilities Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our space management systems supporting Facilities and Real Estate. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and team members to design and implement systems and solutions while documenting processes, workflows, and requirements. Your responsibilities will include identifying application issues by consulting with stakeholders, evaluating procedures, processes, and system configurations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the availability of necessary data for supported business processes. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth operation of system solutions by training personnel and providing ongoing support. You will coordinate and deliver testing programs and process changes throughout the Facilities organization as needed.

In this role, you will work closely with the BIM/CAD Coordinator and Space Managers to ensure accurate drawings and data within the system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors as necessary.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training manuals, procedures, standards, and policies related to system administration tasks, configurations, and best practices for integrated workplace management systems and BIM/CAD tools.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities in the space management system to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain the drawing library of building plans and facilities studies.


This is a full-time position located at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Required Criteria
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a facilities operations and project environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and with systems users
  • Experience working within a project methodology framework to manage and deliver system implementation or process improvement solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in report writing


Preferred Criteria
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Facilities Management
  • Skill and experience in SQL and with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, QlikView, Tableau, or others
  • Knowledge and experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, or others

$100,500-$114,500/Annual
