Project Manager (commercial interiors)

Full Time: Commercial Interior Project Manager, Construction PM, Interiors PM

Location: Reno, NV

Compensation: $80,000-$140,000

Skills: Could be APM/PE/PM candidate with 2+ years of experience working Commercial Interior's projects. Candidates with metal-stud and drywall experience is a MUST.

We are looking for a full-time Commercial Interior PE or Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial interior projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial interior projects, from concept to completion
• Work with clients to develop project requirements and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects meet all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
