For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,480.00-$189,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy for the Patient Care Solutions portfolio, aligning with GE Healthcare's objectives and regional market needs.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of up to 12 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Growth: Drive order and sales performance in addition too market share growth by identifying opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical stakeholders to understand their needs and position GE Healthcare as a trusted partner.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to influence the roadmap for patient care solutions, ensuring offerings remain competitive and clinically relevant.
- Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, drive forecasting, and promote lean principles and standard of work to maximize efficiency and achieve financial targets.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry best practices, maintaining GE Healthcare's commitment to integrity and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in the healthcare industry
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of patient care technologies, healthcare workflows, and the medical device market.
- Business Acumen: Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets in a competitive market.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives and clinical leaders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support team activities within your specified market
- Valid driver's license
- Must live within either Phoenix Arizona or Denver Colorado
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with experience managing at least 8-12 direct reports.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing teams.
- Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
- GE Experience: Prior experience within GE HealthCare or a similar global healthcare technology organization.
- Clinical Background: Familiarity with clinical environments (e.g., nursing, biomedical engineering) or direct experience working with patient monitoring systems, anesthesia delivery, or diagnostic cardiology solutions.
- Prefer 8 years Healthcare capital equipment sales experience or greater
- Strong experience in sales tools (Outlook, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.)
