Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced AV Support Engineer to provide exceptional on-site, white-glove support for audiovisual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV technologies, including expertise with Crestron DSPs, Q-SYS Designer, and a proven track record in delivering outstanding service in a corporate environment. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless AV experience for clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining high-quality AV setups for meetings, events, and presentations.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless AV experience for clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining high-quality AV setups for meetings, events, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, dedicated AV support to ensure smooth operation of all AV systems and technologies.
- Offer white-glove, proactive assistance to ensure an exceptional AV experience for executives, teams, and clients.
- Manage and support the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of AV hardware, software, and systems.
- Serve as the expert for Crestron equipment, ensuring its proper use and integration with other AV technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AV setups, including video conferencing, audio systems, and display equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of AV-related incidents.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client-specific needs and provide tailored AV solutions for high-profile meetings and events.
- Regularly perform system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure AV systems remain in optimal working condition.
- Document issues and resolutions, ensuring detailed records for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for AV system usage.
- Collaborate with Technology, Facilities, and Event teams to ensure AV requirements are met for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AV Support Engineer or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in the AV support field.
- Deep understanding of Crestron Microsoft Teams rooms.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Crestron Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron DSPs, Q-SYS Designer application, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Expertise in AV technologies such as video conferencing, audio systems, displays, and AV control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-level of white-glove support.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent AV support requests efficiently.
- Proficient in using AV-related software, tools, and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AV technologies or related fields (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Extron).
- Experience supporting high-profile or executive-level clients in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of additional AV software and systems is a plus.
