Position Overview
eSkill is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to oversee and guide the Marketing department. You will identify key goals and develop strategies that complement the organization's growth priorities. To be successful in this role, you should be highly experienced, collaborative, and prepared to shape the company's overall strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Work with the CEO to set long-term strategic goals that fuel company growth.
- Identify, understand, and develop eSkill's ICP.
- Create a strategy that increases ICP lead generation, improves pipeline, and expands MRR.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute key initiatives.
- Optimize CAC to grow the company efficiently.
- Identify and diversify into untested marketing channels.
- Evaluate and adjust marketing campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Work closely with other departments to guide product decisions, conduct customer lifecycle marketing, create sales resources, and more.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- Proven work in a senior role such as VP of Marketing or CMO.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytics, and project management skills.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to make difficult decisions.
