About the Team
Fooda's Data Science & Analytics team is on a mission to turn data into one of the company's greatest assets. We're building the foundation for how data is collected, understood, and used across the business. From daily operations to long-term strategy, we empower teams with insights that drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.

Position Opportunities and Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in advancing Fooda's data capabilities. You'll lead analytical projects, develop reports and dashboards, and work directly with business stakeholders to uncover insights that drive growth. This is a hands-on role with the potential to make a big impact.

What You'll Do
  • Use SQL and BI tools to explore large datasets, uncover trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to investigate trends and anomalies within large sets of data and articulate findings to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that communicate performance metrics and key business insights.
  • Champion data quality and governance across the organization.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced in querying large-scale databases.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more BI tools (E.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, QlikView).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
  • Experience working on technical projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Spark).
  • Experience integrating data from external sources and ensuring data consistency and quality.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data profiling.

The salary range for this role is between $85,000-$95,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
