Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in program management, specifically Maximo implementations and/or upgrades.
Strong understanding of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, modules and how they are efficiently and effectively utilized at a four-service utility.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
Position Location:
Primarily in person at a Colorado Springs Utilities site. A hybrid schedule may be approved when business needs allow for remote work. Travel will be at the expense of the employee.
Responsibilities:
In support of the MAXimize Program Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo.
Qualifications:
Nice to have: PMP, PgMP, ISO 55001 or related (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)

Administration Module
Asset Module
Contracts Module
Financial Module
Integration Module
Inventory Module
Planning Module
Preventative Maintenance Module
Security Module
Purchasing Module
System Configuration Module
Work Order Module
To align with Utilities Strategy of consistent business process, minimizing detrimental application customizations, implementing a long-term application support model, and aligning with industry best practices a strong Program Manager with extensive knowledge for asset management utilizing MAS is a critical component to the timely and success execution of the program.
Without this role, Utilities internal staff will need to take the time to gain years of experience to ensure alignment with the above needs. Other options considered are to utilize an RFP or hire a regular employee. Both alternative options have several negatives to utilizing agency labor.
