Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign problems.
  • Implement advanced configurations within any of the CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes.
  • Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot complex data-related problems, applying deep knowledge of CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/ DocuSign) data structures and processes.
  • Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders, exceeding basic user needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM (Agiloft/Icertis/Sirion/DocuSign) platform issues, and best practices.
  • Buyer/Support/Manager updates
  • Agreement Expiry date Updates.
  • Notification Updates
  • Create or Amend Help Text
  • Removing the user from team in Notification
  • Workflow Update
  • Create/Update Workflow approvals.
  • Create/Update Rules


Generic Managerial Skills

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Legal, Procurement, and IT teams, Ops teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders, addressing concerns and maintaining a high level of engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and optimize contract management processes, enhancing execution, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Implement best practices in CLM to streamline workflows and improve overall contract lifecycle, execution, and monitoring processes.


Salary Range-$120,000-$140,000 a year
