About the Role
The Uber Equity team is looking for an Associate Stock Administrator to join our growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of consistently delivering high-quality work on time, thrives in a collaborative, \"all hands on deck\" environment, and is enthusiastic about expanding their knowledge of equity administration at a fast-paced global company. Reporting directly to our Sr Manager of Stock Administration, you will support Uber's equity operations and special projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the processing and subsequent auditing of equity transactions for Uber's global employee population, such as RSU releases, ESPP purchases, stock option exercises and terminations
- Partner with Uber's HR operations and subsidiaries to facilitate day-to-day equity operations
- Assist in the review of data integrations between Uber's HRIS systems and Uber's equity administration platform
- Investigate and resolve system issues or errors
- Support employees and business partners with equity-related questions, requests and training materials
- Assist with ad-hoc equity data analysis and reporting based on business requests
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a professional, fast-paced work environment, preferably with a background in stock administration, tax compliance, compensation, finance, supporting People organizations or a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Excel (preferably with formulas, auditing, and data modeling)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to function in a highly confidential environment with high attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- ECA and/or CEP designation preferred
- Experience with Shareworks, or other third-party equity administration platforms
- Experience with Oracle and/or Workday HCM
- Passion and eagerness to learn equity compensation plans and various types of equity (such as RSUs, ESPP, ISO/NQ Options, SARs)
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$38.47 per hour - USD$40.39 per hour.
