Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236
satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and
underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by
delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses,
government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking a visionary leader to revolutionize Kuiper's Global Sr Product - OTC and Billing
Operations (GCOB). In this pivotal role, you will blend product management expertise with operational
excellence to build and evolve mission-critical systems powering Kuiper's commercial operations. You will own the product strategy for internal operational platforms while leading a team that ensures seamless execution of complex B2B contracts from signing to revenue recognition. As both product
operations leader, you will drive innovation in the contract-to-cash lifecycle, translating stakeholder
needs into product features and championing automation initiatives that support Kuiper's global
expansion.
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of space-based communications by

Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation
Own the product vision and roadmap for contract-to-cash operational systems
Drive automation initiatives and system enhancements through partnership with Engineering
Develop strategies for new country launches and custom billing solutions
Influence product decisions for operational tools and platforms
Operational Leadership
Lead a high-performing team managing contract onboarding, order orchestration, and billing operations
Architect scalable processes for complex B2B contracts and global billing solutions
Establish governance frameworks and documentation for operational excellence
Drive key metrics including First Time Right, Compliance Error Rate, and Revenue Realization
Cross-functional Management
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable product features
Lead process optimization initiatives across organizational boundaries
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams and external vendors
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define and track KPIs for operational effectiveness
Implement metrics-based process improvements
Create data-driven business cases for automation and system enhancements
Develop and maintain performance dashboards for executive reporting
System & Process Design
Design and implement scalable operational workflows
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization
Create comprehensive documentation for processes and systems
Ensure compliance and risk management in operational processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in operations, product management, or related fields
- Proven track record in Order to Cash, billing operations, or similar functions
- Experience with process automation and system implementation
- Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, CPA, or relevant advanced degree
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C contract management and billing systems
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- International business operations experience
- Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
