You will report directly to our Quality Supervisor, and you'll work out of ourClearwater, FL location.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products,ensuring that they meet customer requirements and comply with industrystandards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify andresolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive processimprovements.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen only
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
- Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Provide clear and concise communications
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to partner with others on projects
- Understanding of quality processes
- Proficient in Quality Management Systems
