The Head of HR Operations is a leadership role in Human Resources focused on leading and optimizing all aspects of HR operations and the employee experience. This role oversees the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and is responsible efficient, scalable, and compliant HR processes to support the overall strategic goals of the organization.
Candidates should be a strong problem solver with critical thinking abilities, possess strong leadership and relationship management skills, have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and take a collaborative approach to team engagement. The base pay for this role will be between $225,000 and $300,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.

You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Lead efficient and effective management of all HR employee life cycle processes, from onboarding through offboarding.
- Oversee centralized employee inquiry and case management, providing high quality and timely support to employees.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR policies and processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with our technology team to maintain and improve HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance in HR systems, manage HR audits and risk assessments, and monitor HR operational metrics.
You should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior HR operations role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including employees, managers, and senior leadership.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to HR challenges.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Deep understanding of HR compliance and employment laws.
