We specialize in electrical installation for a number of industries including healthcare & mission critical, K-12 to higher education, state & federal government, as well as private data services. We're been in business for 10 years and are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our team in New Braunfels!

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational sectors, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they meet all specifications and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing projects in mission critical environments, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial/industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of NAVFAC requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
