Natural Gas Scheduler

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide monthly and daily AFS(Available For Sale) to marketing team to ensure adequate residue sales.
• Ensure daily nominations in Latitude are correct and match the corresponding pipeline's customer activity website.
• Communicate operations/plant/pipeline maintenance to the appropriate parties.
• Responsible for managing TIK shipper and pipeline imbalances, coordinating imbalance payback/makeup with TIK shippers, Targa gas marketing, and pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and escalate the problem if necessary.
• Ensure Latitude matches (scheduled and measurement volumes) pipeline's customer activity website (CAW) and provide accounting with monthly closing documents.
• Rotational on-call (Paid)
• Other projects and duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
• Must be able to perform at a high-level with minimum supervision in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet strict time-sensitive deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Regular and reliable attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Gas Control, Production Analyst, and/or Plant Scheduling Representative experience preferred.
